Präoperative Massnahmen:

• Patient-Education (Instruktion/ Anpassung Hilfsmittel, ADL, Wundheilung, Organisation amb. PT)

Organisatorisches:

• Soll-Hospitalisationszeit: 2-3 Nächte
• Ärztliche Nachkontrollen nach 6, 12 Wochen, 6 Monaten und 1 Jahr
• Physiotherapeutische Kontrolle nach 3 Wochen
• Individuell Organisation Wassertherapie nach Bedarf

Hilfsmittel:

• 1. - 6. Woche:

  • Abduktionskissen 15°

Limiten/Procedere:

• 1. - 6. Woche:

  • Glenohumeral aktive schmerzfreie Bewegungen erlaubt, ausser:

    • F/ABD max. 60°, keine Flexion in IR
    • IR max. 0°
    • Horizontale Adduktion max. 0°

• Ab 7. - 12. Woche:

  • Glenohumeral Bewegungen gegen Widerstand erlaubt, ausser:

    • In mehr als 90° ABD max. 0° AR (passiv und aktiv)

• Ab 13. Woche:

  • Sport- & arbeitsspezifischer Kraftaufbau erlaubt

• Frühestens ab 6. Monat:

  • Kontaktsportarten erlaubt
